Not just filling in shifts, but actually building member relationships, conducting sessions, shaping programming and growing into leadership.

Step 1
You start with running our proven sessions and learning our system so you're not reinventing the wheel every week

Step 2
You build real relationships with members, shape what we're programming, and see your hours increase as you take on more responsibility

Step 3
You move into full-time leadership, managing sessions, developing junior coaches, and actually owning a piece of what you've built.
Here's what we usually get asked
Starting pay is $37.50 per hour. This will be reviewed during your probationary period and will continue to be assessed as the role grows.
A Lead Coach starts at 20 hours per week, with the majority of that being coaching.
An Assistant Coach is a casual position, so hours have some flexibility, but realistically, you're looking at a couple of shifts per week.
Our coaching sessions currently run in two blocks... early morning from 5am–8am, and afternoon from 4pm–7pm.
Understand that this is an evlvoing roster where more sessions are added all the time. There also is potential for mid-morning and midday sessions to open up as we grow, but that's what the schedule looks like right now.
Weekend work isn't a requirement of the role, but the opportunity is there for the right person if it's something you're open to.
The Lead Coach is a part-time role (with a path to full-time) built around owning the member experience end-to-end. You're leading sessions, upholding coaching standards, contributing to programming, supporting assistant coaches, and playing an active role in how the gym runs day-to-day.
The Assistant Coach is a casual role focused on delivering great sessions. You're coaching with energy and care, building genuine connections with members, and flagging anything that needs attention to the Lead Coach or leadership team, but without the broader operational responsibilities.
Both roles are centred around the same thing: making every member's session the best hour of their day.
We're a small but tight-knit team. Izac is the owner and founder, Erin is the manager, and we have a group of assistant coaches on the gym floor as well as instructors in our Pilates studio upstairs. We're a team that genuinely values community, both with our members and with each other.
Our members are predominantly middle-aged women, mostly mums whose kids are a bit older, who haven't trained in years and are ready to build a routine they can actually stick to. They're not looking to compete or chase PBs, they want to feel good, move well, and be consistent. We do work with people outside of this demographic, but that's who we're built around and who you'll be spending most of your time with.
As a Lead Coach starting out, programming will be provided for you. The long-term vision for the role is that this could evolve into you owning the programming as things develop.
As an Assistant Coach, programming isn't part of your responsibilities at all, you're welcome to contribute feedback and have a say in how things run, but you won't be expected to program anything.
No. Neither the Lead Coach nor the Assistant Coach role involves sales or sign-up conversations. Members are fed into your sessions, your job is to coach!
Yes. You'll receive ongoing training and mentorship from both the owner and the manager to make sure you're upholding standards and continuing to grow, both as a coach and as a person.
Absolutely, in both roles.
The Lead Coach position is something we're actively building toward being a full-time role, with more coaching hours, programming responsibilities, and a leadership component.
For Assistant Coaches, strong performers will always have the opportunity to take on more shifts, and if you're interested, there's a clear pathway into the Lead Coach role.
We're located in South Albury on the corner of Townsend Street and Nurigong Street.
1. Uphold Our Coaching Standards
We do what we say we will do.
We prepare, show up with energy, coach with intent, and deliver consistent excellence, session after session.

We always take care of our clients, even when it feels outside of “our job.”
If someone needs support, encouragement, or extra care, we show up for them. Our members are at the heart of what we do.
